REDMOND, Wash. Microsoft Corp. today announced the following results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, as compared to the corresponding period of last fiscal year. Microsoft delivered strong Q4 results driven by cloud and AI growth, with revenue up 18% to $76.4 billion and Azure revenue crossing the $75 billion annual milestone.

“Cloud and AI is the driving force of business transformation across every industry and sector,” said Satya Nadella, chairman and chief executive officer of Microsoft. “We’re innovating across the tech stack to help customers adapt and grow in this new era, and this year, Azure surpassed $75 billion in revenue, up 34 percent, driven by growth across all workloads.”

Key Financial Highlights

Microsoft reported Q4 revenue of $76.4 billion, up 18% year-over-year, with operating income reaching $34.3 billion (up 23%) and net income of $27.2 billion (up 24%). For the full fiscal year 2025, revenue reached $281.7 billion, up 15%, with net income of $101.8 billion, up 16%.

Business Segment Performance

Productivity and Business Processes generated $33.1 billion in revenue, up 16%. Key drivers included Microsoft 365 Commercial cloud revenue growing 18% and Microsoft 365 Consumer cloud revenue growing 20%. LinkedIn revenue increased 9%, while Dynamics 365 revenue grew 23%.

Intelligent Cloud was the standout performer with $29.9 billion in revenue, up 26%. The highlight was Azure and other cloud services revenue growth of 39%, helping Azure surpass $75 billion in annual revenue.

More Personal Computing generated $13.5 billion in revenue, up 9%. Xbox content and services revenue grew 13%, while search and news advertising revenue increased 21%.
